All products purchased from EnergyQC come with a 24-month warranty.

To process your request, please include the following information in your email:
- Order number
- Product details
- Description of the issue
- Your contact information
3. Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues
Products purchased directly from energyqc.com or from our Amazon store are covered for all quality-related defects under the warranty, effective from the date of purchase.
Warranty Claim Process
1. Buyers must provide sufficient proof of purchase, such as:
- Valid order number
- Order screenshot
- Invoice or receipt
2. EnergyQC will document the troubleshooting steps taken to address the issue.
3. Buyers may be required to provide the defective product’s serial number and/or visible evidence of the defect (e.g., photos or videos).
4. The defective product may need to be returned for quality inspection.
4. Exclusions from Warranty Coverage
The following situations are not covered under warranty:
- Products without sufficient proof of purchase
- Lost or stolen products
- Products that are outside the warranty period
- Non-quality-related issues occurring 30 days after purchase
- Free products or promotional items
- Products repaired by third parties
- Damage caused by external factors (e.g., accidents, extreme temperatures, water exposure, improper handling)
- Damage caused by misuse (e.g., drops, improper operation)
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers
